The first section is for people who want to swap their
properties rather than selling them. It might be that you
fancy a change to another area of Turkey or indeed the UK,
Europe or anywhere else come to that! It may be that you
wish to downsize or climb the ladder.
The taxation issues are a little different for swaps with
just the difference in value subject to tax rules, which
means currently if you've owned for less than 5 years you
can avoid the large capital gains. After Jan 2010, these
rules change and the bands are lower with discounts per year
of ownership.

Swapping holiday homes gives you the chance to experience
different areas, indeed countries and is quite a popular
means of holidaying.
