Early Summer?

I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw two storks flying over Dalaman today.

Do you think this means we will have an early Summer? Surely it is still early for the storks to return?

According to what we are hearing from Turkish neighbours, we are scheduled for the hottest Summer since 1996. Providing they don't try and con me that there is a water shortage (which surely there cannot be) and whack the price up again, I don't mind.
My fresias are in the middle of flowering and are filling a few vases elsewhere in the village. One of the best buys I have made. The bulbs were on offer in Koc Tac. I bought two packets of ten bulbs for 5 lira, they have multiplied into over 120 and are gradually spreading round the neighbours gardens.
Even the vines are starting to sprout and have been for a couple of weeks so yes it could be warmer earlier.

Early summer? i should cocoa!

Swallows returned yesterday and i had my first coating of aftersun today, been doin a bit of painting at mon repose, t shirtsiz, and am now emulating a lobster
